It is possible to transfer your Koda royalty payments to another party. This is known as an assignment and is a voluntary agreement between you, as a member, and a third party.
If you received an advance from your music publisher when you entered into a publishing agreement, you can assign your Koda and NCB royalty payments to the publisher. This means that the publisher will receive your royalty payments directly from Koda.
This type of assignment is not subject to a time limit and remains in effect until the advance has been fully recouped. We assume that your publisher will keep you informed of the recoupment status of your advance.
Please note: If you have MitID, please use it when completing the form.

You may also enter into an assignment agreement with, for example, a manager, booking agent, or lawyer. This type of assignment remains valid until the end of the month falling one year after the date of registration and must then be renewed. To renew the assignment, a new assignment declaration must be submitted to Koda.
An administrative fee of DKK 500 plus VAT (DKK 625 in total) is charged for each assignment of this type that is registered. The fee is deducted from the assignee’s account when the assignment is registered.
